The client reached out to us for help, we came and look at the home and gave them some feedback.
The engaged and Architect who created and amazing extension. However it came in over double the budget.
They reached out to us again and we got a builder that we know well, who is competitively priced. It came in $120,000 cheaper but still over budget. So we brought in our interior designer who swapped out the really pricey items selected by the Archtiects to less pricey but still good items. This brought to price right down to a figure that was still over the initial budget but palatable to the owners. So they signed and made their dream a reality.
The earlier we are involved the better the outcome.
