Client's Story

The clients were referred to us by another client via an online forum. 

They had spoken to 3 big name builders and had a quote from each. The clients were unsure if they should demo and build or renovate. If they did demo and build which one to go with.

They invited us out to chat to them and had a look. They liked the idea that we do both building and renovating and therefore unbiased on advising the direction to go. 

We narrowed down that building new was definitely the way to go. Once we did that we looked at the builder’s designs. They were okay but not amazing. They were also way over budget. We explained to the clients where the plans were lacking and how we could do better. 

We designed a new version from scratch, ignoring the other designs. What we came up with ticked all the boxes and more. We then went to better value for money builders. 

We got 2 quotes from builders with the same level of quality and service but both a lot cheaper and the rest is history.
