Most people don’t know which builder to choose and whether they are getting value for money. This is where we come into it. We have 20+ years of experience, we know what to ask, what things should cost and how to find the dolphins amongst the sharks.
We ask questions you may not know to ask, such as do you get direct access to the supervisor? Do you guarantee timeframes? and more.
We get three quotes, compare specifications, negotiate on your behalf and present the quotes to you with our recommendations.
