Multiple Builder Quotes (Tendering)
If you have a design that you love and are now ready to find a builder that will not only build it for a good price but will provide you with great service, top quality and be approachable and helpful all the way through.
the problem is most people dont know which builder to choose and whether they are getting value for money.
This is where we come into it. We have 20+ years of experience, we know what to ask, what things should cost and how to find the dolphins amongst the sharks.
We ask questions you may not know to ask, such as do you get direct access to the supervisor? Do you guarantee timeframes? and more.
We get three quotes, compare specifications, negotiate on your behalf and present the quotes to you with our recommendations.
Design and Building Advisor
Build the easy way by enlisting IBA to do all the hard work for you. We use our 20+ year industry experience to help guide you through the minefield of building. We work for you, not their trying to sell you something. We will explain to you the designs, contracts, process, potential issues and guide you to getting the best result for your home.
As a third party advisor we will make sure your journey is as smooth as possible. We guide, you decide.
Design Feedback
Buying a home can be complicated and reading a design even more so.
Before you sign, why not run it past an independent expert who isn’t trying to sell you something.
88% of the time we find issues with designs that owners didn’t realise and glad they checked. We often catch it before it is too far down the line.
You send us your plan, pay a small fee and answer some needs and wants questions. We will put it through our 12 point check, covering furnish ability, solar orientation, good design principles, light, ventilation and more.
If we can’t find any areas you can improve, we will give you your money back.

If so, then we recommend taking one of our online tutorials and go from novice to expert in no time. These easy to follow tutorials are written for people new to building. They are broken into section so you can read or watch the relevant information when you need it. The tutorials will step you through the whole process giving you not only what you need to know but also make recommendations on things you may not have thought of.
The knowledge is available on demand when the you need it. You can do tutorials in consecutive order or as you need them.
