This Oscar and Celeste were referred to us by another client. They were looking at 3 builders, had paid a design fee to 2 but were nervous and wanted guidance.
We caught up with them and came up with a layout completely separate from the other builders, the clients loved it. Afterwards we compared it with the previous plan and pointed out how the others were lacking.
Renewed with confidence we got 3 quotes from builders we knew would do a great job but also at the right price. They choose one and signed.
They also asked one of the first builders to prices the same home and it came in $80,000 more.
The home is looking good and the process smooth as it can be as IBA is with them all the way.
