Client's Story
The clients were looking at a few builders but not 100% convinced on which path to go down. They had been doing a lot of research online and most of what they read was not good.
Being busy, both running separate companies as well as 2 kids, they wanted to avoid problems that other people face and have as smooth an experience as possible.
After a quick Google they found Independent Building Advice (IBA) and reached out.
We designed them an amazing home, sourced an interior designer, shortlisted builders, got multiple quotes and they chose the best one for them.
We removed the guesswork and simplified the whole process avoiding mistakes and guiding all the way through.
