Client's Story
The clients are both professionals with young kids and trying to build a home for the first time. They love Dianella and saw an ad on Realestate.com.au about building on a narrow 10m wide block.
Unsure who to build through, Behan and IBA chatted to them about design, their lifestyle and what they wanted in a home. Behan laid out the hidden costs, timeframes and what is involved in building.
IBA created a concept plan and sketched up the full design, going back and forth with the client with tweaks to get the home just right.
We shortlisted 3 builders that were well priced, built a good home, were financially secure, have a track record of good build times and most importantly good to work with.
The price, builder and design was right so they signed up and began their journey with IBA by their side.
